Application and Use Level
Cocamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate is recommended for use as extremely mild surfactants, especially in baby products such as shampoos, bath and shower gels, body wash, bath beads, and products used in personal care.
Use Level: 0.5-5%

PROCEDURE:
Introduce phase A, at 75° C., into phase B, and then stirring the mixture to homogenize same. Add phase C and perfume (q.s.) at 35-40°C with stirring.
USES:
This formulation may be used for cleansing the eyelids and the contours of the eyes, and also for the removal of makeup therefrom, both properly and without irritation.

PROCEDURE: Add all ingredients; adjust pH to 5.5 to 6.0 with citric acid.

PROCEDURE:
Blend ingredients in order given with adequate stirring until uniform. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0.
4. DEEP MOISTURIZING CREAM

PROCEDURE:
Heat Part A with stirrig to 60ºC. Separately heat Part B to 60ºC. Homogenize Part B into Part A for a sufficient time to ensure sufficient emulsification. Stir, cool to 45ºC, add Part C and fragrance.
